Group
Meditation
Calm-Abiding and Walking Meditation instruction followed by group practice. Methods will vary. The methods come from Tibetan Buddhism but are presented in a secular format and are universal in nature. This practice is suitable for everyone and can be supplemental to any spiritual path or used as a stand alone exercise to calm the body and mind.
